There are several reasons (!) but one of the key differences is we use Futsal balls as often as possible during our sessions 🙂
Futsal balls are heavier than usual footballs and have very little bounce.
Simply, the ball stays in place for longer, which means your child will have more overall touches of the ball...
...200% in fact, compared to traditional indoor football!
"I've never heard of Futsal!"
'Futbol de Salao' originated in South America and was played on hard courts with a smaller 'ball' (often with plastic bags tied together with elastic bands!)
The absence of coaching encouraged creativity, and playing in a tight space helped to develop close control.
'Futsal' is the new version of Futbol de Salao and played globally!
The UK was a little slow catching up, but it is now one of the fastest growing sports in the country!
Futsal also fits perfectly with our core values and main coaching principle
Our 4 values govern everything we do...
...from the type of coaches we recruit, to the customers we want to attract (i.e. people like you!) and how we deliver our sessions.
1 - Have Fun
2 - Build Confidence
3 - Child First
4 - Development focused
"Maximise the numbers of touches on the ball"

...and Panna?
'Panna football' is a Dutch phenomenon, played in a tight space with 2 goals and 1v1 or 2v2 format.
Whoever has scored the most goals at the end of the game wins, BUT kids can also INSTANTLY win the game by performing a nutmeg (or "panna") on their opponent!
