We’ve been friends with Parm @ Pinny’s for over 15 years and can honestly say his cakes are AMAZING!
Here's what you need to know...
Age Range
- Our parties suit kids from 7- 12 yrs of age.
The Venue
- We hold our parties @ Bishop Challoner Sports Centre in Kings Heath
- It is your responsibilty to book and pay for the venue (this is not included in the price you pay Loves Football for the birthday party)
Bishop Challoner Sports Centre
- We recommend booking the small conference room in addition to the sportshall, as this is perfect for having food and cutting cake etc 🙂
- Contact Bishop Challoner Sports Centre @ 0121 441 6103 / sportscentre@bishopchalloner.bham.sch.uk. (N.B. They can be a bit tricky to get hold off, so you might need to pop in – any day after 5pm is usually ok)
- Let them know you are using Loves Football for the party – they know us pretty well by now!
- Please ask them for sportshall access 30 mins before your party so we can set up (i.e. a 3-4pm party means we’ll need to be there from 2.30pm-4.30pm)
- We’ll try and be as flexible as possible so don’t panic if the venue can’t accommodate you at the same time you have booked us 🙂

- We’ll supply all the kit needed for the football part of the party, prizes for the birthday VIP and certificates for all the guests…

- Prices starts from £95 for 8 children, but you can book extra kids at a later date
- Once you are booked on, we will send you a text / email / whatsapp with everything you need to know
Pricing:
- 8 children = £95
- 9-12 children = £115
- 13-16 children = £150
- 17-20 children = £185
Ordering
- This is an additional charge and not included as part of our standard Birthday Party package
- Once you have placed the order, we will send you contact details for Parm @ Pinny’s Bakery
Availability
- Pinny’s Bakery are only able to accept orders at least one month in advance.
Size
- The cakes are sufficient for 20 portions but you can increase the size if you have more mouths to feed! Please remember to arrange (and pay) with Parm @ Pinny’s Bakery directly.
Collection / Delivery
- You’ll need to arrange this directly with Pinny’s Bakery.
We take the kids for 60 mins, whilst you prepare all the rest of the party bits and pieces in another room.
We’ll provide a fabulous gift for the VIP birthday star and certificates for their guests.
You supply everything else, i.e all food / party bags etc etc

Remember…

N.B. We recommend keeping numbers to c15 as it means everyone gets loooooooads of game time! It also keeps the cost down as if the more kids we cater for, the more staff we need to bring in…
Clothing
- We’ll provide brightly coloured bibs and a few other clever accessories to help the kids light up! But feel free to wear the BRIGHTEST clothes you can find – pink, green, yellow, orange are sure winners!
- It’s probably best to avoid dark clothes – the UV highlights up all tiny specks of dust
Footwear
- Trainers only please, no boots or astros are allowed in sportshalls
We’ll set up lots of UV lights around the pitch, and decorate the goalposts and kids with all kinds of UV-friendly gadgets.
After that, it’s just a cause of turning down the lights and away we go!
No more than in usual football!
We’ll mark out the pitch with neon cones, slap lots of neon strips all over the goalposts and cover the kids with neon bits and pieces so they are lit up like a Christmas tree 🙂
