Payment Plan "I've set up the payment plan, what happens next?" If you're a bit confused, you're not alone... It took us a while to get our heads around it! So, we'll try and explain it as simply as possible. Scroll down to get started... 1 - 1st of each month All monthly payments are taken out on the 1st of each month. (We can't change the date, unfortunately) 2 - Your first monthly payment Includes your first monthly amount and anything not paid for previously. The 'anything not paid for previously' will show up on an email as a 'Covering Payment'. 3 - Covering Payment So, if you started halfway through April, your May bill would look like this: 1st May = 50% of April payment + May payment Thereafter it will go back to normal 1st June = June payment Etc etc. 4 - "How do I get the discounted rate?" If you are booking multiple sessions for your child, you will be eligible for a discount 🙂 We amend this for you once the payment plan is set up. It's a manual process and we usually process new payment plans towards the end of the month. Please bear with us if it doesn't happen immediately 🙂 5 - "How do we pay the registration fee?" This is separate to the payment plan, i.e. it won't get taken out on the 1st of the month. The registration fee covers the cost of all the systems we use for new customers, plus you also get a training kit for your child 🙂 You should have an email with a link to pay.
