There are several reasons (!) but one of the key differences is we use Futsal balls as often as possible during our sessions 🙂
Futsal balls are heavier than usual footballs and have very little bounce.
Simply, the ball stays in place for longer, which means your child will have more overall touches of the ball...
...200% in fact, compared to traditional indoor football!
"I've never heard of Futsal!"
'Futbol de Salao' originated in South America and was played on hard courts with a smaller 'ball' (often with plastic bags tied together with elastic bands!)
The absence of coaching encouraged creativity, and playing in a tight space helped to develop close control.
'Futsal' is the new version of Futbol de Salao and played globally!
The UK was a little slow catching up, but it is now one of the fastest growing sports in the country!
Futsal also fits perfectly with our core values and main coaching principle
Our 4 values govern everything we do...
...from the type of coaches we recruit, to the customers we want to attract (i.e. people like you!) and how we deliver our sessions.
1 - Have Fun
2 - Build Confidence
3 - Child First
4 - Development focused
"Maximise the numbers of touches on the ball"

'Futsal' is the newer version of Futebol de Salao and played all over the world, particularly in Latin America and Mediterranean countries.

...and Panna?
'Panna football' is a Dutch phenomenon, played in a tight space with 2 goals and 1v1 or 2v2 format.
Whoever has scored the most goals at the end of the game wins, BUT kids can also INSTANTLY win the game by performing a nutmeg (or "panna") on their opponent!
Mini Ballers (6 years)
The focus for our Mini Ballers group is to become used to moving with the ball, develop their close control, improve their agility and core movement… and have lots of fun!
You should expect:
- Playground games with a football twist
- Lots of small sided matches (1v1, 2v2)
Our 'Junior Ballers' sessions are an extension of the Mini Ballers group and are open to beginners 🙂
We'll focus on: - Developing core skills - 1v1 development - Working as a team in small groups - Child led sessions where they have an input into the rules / objectives
Your kids should expect: - Playground games with a football twist - Lots of small sided matches (1v1, 2v2) - Skills development
Our training plan was designed by a UEFA Premier League Academy Coach and has been tried and tested over a number of years.
Every season and every week is mapped out from 5 to 16 years - that’s over 550 sessions!
That means we can tell you what your child will be working on in any week of the year for their ENTIRE grassroots journey!
Your Coaching Team
The Sunday sessions are coordinated by our head coach Ibraheem (or Ibby as he is better known!)
He is a First Aid trained, FA qualified, a member of the Loves Football management team, heads up our holiday camps and also runs his own coaching business which offers 121 sessions - feel free to ask him about it 🙂
Ibby is supported by Yusuf (his little cousin!) who is a mini-version of Ibby 🙂
Despite being a young lad he has a few years experience under his belt!
Both Ibby and Yusuf are safeguarding qualified and DBS checked.
